Well girls, Day 2 of our journey to healthier living. Glad you have come along for this trip with me. As with any trip, there will be bunny trails, reststops, u-turns and probably a few too many "Are we there yet?s We did not get into the shape we are overnite, neither will there be any overnite recoveries. So fasten your seat belts and lets get going.
1) Simple is best. Eat all the food you can as close to the way nature made it as possible...I'm talking raw fruits, veggies and grains here girlies...It will do your body good....from beginning to end..trust me on this one.
